Mid-Winter Break Family Programs: George Washington Carver Workshop

February 18, 2020 1:00pm – 2:30pm

Called the “Wizard of Tuskegee,” Dr. George Washington Carver made significant contributions in the field of botany. Learn how plants played a very important role in his early life and later achievements. Students will follow in Dr. Carver’s steps, using plants to paint and creating a healing lotion to take home.

$10 Child

Registration required. Drop-ins welcome upon availability.

Ticket includes one child. Please purchase separate tickets for multiple children. This is not a drop-off program; each child must be accompanied by one adult.
