Banks Halt Foreclosures

It has been on the news everywhere. These past two years have been some of the toughest on our economy in years – the hardest hit being home owners.

Today 23 states still rely on foreclosures being signed off on by a judge.

Other companies also following suit on this practice are GMAC Home Mortgage, Inc., J.P. Mortgage Chase & Co.’s home-loan unit, and a unit of Ally Financial.
